(This is a repeat review for those of you who were reading the blog when it was on the old server, but this is such a great product I wanted to re-post it.)
The Molly Mutt DIY duvet dog bed kits are a revolutionary and stylish dog duvet & stuff sack that make owning (and cleaning) a dog bead easier — and cheaper — than ever before. The Molly Mutt is unique because you get to pick out your duvet cover from a batch of stylish fabrics. Then gather some old clothes, blankets, rags, or anything else soft that you have lying around and start stuffing your duvet. You can buy a netted “stuff sack” for between $10-$15.00 – this makes it easier to keep the stuffing organized. When the duvet gets dirty or smelly, just take out the stuff sack, throw the duvet (and the stuff sack contents in the washer) in the washer and viola! A clean and fresh dog bed! Extra room in your closet! What a great way to upcylce!
And the best part? The price! The dog duvets range from $20 up to $40.00. I bought a small size ($20.00) for Dash (see below) and stuffed it with old clothes (that were so worn they couldn’t even go to charity) and blankets. I bought a stuff sack and it made stuffing the duvet a piece of cake. Not only is the bed adorable, but it’s also well made. I think Dash (and that’s his girlfriend Lucy, above) was happy with the purchase
