How many times have you walked your dog only to be approached by another dog that is…well….less than friendly? But you didn’t realize it until you got too close? Or you saw a dog in the distance and wanted to take your dog to meet it for some social interaction, but weren’t sure if you should?
Kristin Valgardson experienced the same thing with her dog. And it occurred to her that there was a way to clear the air and make a dog’s disposition readily apparant.

Dog Flags. A new social contract between dogs and people. It’s simple enough – a flag that you put on your leash that tells your dog’s disposition: Friendly, I’m Shy, Please Don’t Approach, In Training, and Special Needs. Learn more about Dog Flags from my interview with Kristin.
But you can ENTER TO WIN your choice of flag for your dog just by leaving a comment below telling me which flag you need by January 4th at noon. TEN WINNERS will be randomly selected using random.org.

THIS CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED – ALL WINNERS HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL – THANK YOU FOR PARTICIPATING!!!

I would definately need the ‘friendly’ flag for our sweet doggie. Thanks
