The National Dog Show 2012
This weekend at the National Dog Show, among thousands of exotic dog breeds and popular poodles, will be a Staffordshire Terrier mix who did some hard time. Her name is Vivian Peyton – a 2012 graduate of the New Leash on Life rescue program – and she is being honored as one of the Purina Therapy Dog Ambassadors.Vivian THIS weekend, at the National Dog Show at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center on Saturday, Nov. 17 and Sunday, Nov. 18. Tickets range from $7-$14.
ASPCA Celebrates Adopt-A-Shelter Dog Month
October is officially recognized as Adopt-a-Shelter-Dog Month, and the ASPCA is calling on animal lovers across the country to help raise awareness about pet adoption.
