Dog Friendly Businesses and Living
The companies below have confirmed to me that they are pet-friendly, either via customer service email or I have personally taken my dog into the store/restaurant (I have a Yorkie). Regardless, I have always asked permission before walking into any store.
Ultimately, the manager on duty will have the final say. Be prepared to have to leave if the manager does not want your dog in the store. Remember – for the companies below bringing your dog into their store is a privilege, NOT a right.

Per customer service response to my email “We were delighted to call several stores across the country and found that they have regular customers that bring their dogs with them shopping. In most cases the dogs are in a carrier or seeing dogs on a leash. Please know that the manager of each store will ultimately determine whether that store is dog friendly or not. In our sample of randomly selected stores, our retail associates stated that they never had an episode wherein a patron was asked to leave because they had their pet with them.”
